Mini-sessions ($175)

Fresh 48

This session is reserved exclusively for newborns that are still in the hospital after delivery.

The photos are taken in the hospital, during visiting hours and when convenient for the patient/family/hospital staff.
Includes a 30 minute sitting and 5 edited high resolution images on a USB drive. Additional images will be available for $7/image.

2. Family/Individual Portraits

This is a session reserved for up to 3 people in a sitting. This will be offered outdoors and in special circumstances.

The photos are taken at my farm just outside of Melfort.
Includes a 30 minute sitting and 5 edited high resolution images on a USB drive. Additional images will be available for $7/image.
If the session exceeds 30 minutes due to a request for more photos/poses, the mini-session will then be deemed a regular photo session and will be priced accordingly.

Regular Portrait Session ($255)

Family/Individual Portraits - Family, Individual, Engagement, Maternity
Littles & Munchins - Including Sitter Sessions, 1 Year photos and Cake Smashes
Seniors/Grads- Grade 12 casual senior or formal graduation

This is reserved for up to 7 people in a sitting. If you would like to book 8 people or more please contact me for information on

A photo session that will take 1-2 hours and will include my time traveling to and from the photo shoot, shooting the session's photos, and use of my provided props (but you could bring yours too!).
10 edited high resolution images of your choice on a USB drive. Additional images will be available for $7/image.

5 – 5×7 prints

Newborn Portrait Session ($275)

Please expect your newborn session to take around 3 hours.

This package includes:

A few other things to consider when thinking of a newborn session:

I usually photograph newborns that are 5-14 days old. There are exceptions but please plan for the session around this age.
Please try to keep your newborn awake as much as you can just prior to the session (good luck!!!) and hold off feeding your newborn until just before the session. You are quite welcome to come early to feed your baby on location. Feeding your newborn once you come to your session may be the very thing s/he needs to fall into a deep sleep with a full tummy.
I keep the session area VERY WARM. This will keep the baby at a comfortable temperature and helps keep them settled and sleepy.
I suggest bringing a soother or pacifier. If you rather not use one for your newborn then you may be asked to use your finger tip instead.
I have a growing collection of props which includes chairs, baskets, wreaths, crates, bean bags, backdrops, floordrops, blankets, wraps, hats, headbands/tie-backs, etc., which I enjoy using with different poses.
If you would like to use any of your special outfits/hats or other props you are more than welcome to bring them.
Certain foods that mom eats may make or break your newborn photo session. Keeping this in mind, I like to ask moms to watch what they eat for 2 days before the session and try to stay away from the foods that may cause your newborn to become unsettled or gassy.
